Serves: 4 Prep Time: Cooking Time: Nutrition facts: 200 calories 20 grams fat

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (+ ½ cup extra if needed)
  • 1 tsp salt

Procedure

  1. To a large mixing bowl, add boiling water and stir in the active dry yeast. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, or until bubbles form.
  2. Then add olive oil and gently stir to combine.
  3. Add 2 cups of flour and salt and mix with a spatula until a slightly sticky ball begins to form. Add more flour as needed to form a dough ball.
  4. If making pizza, transfer to a floured surface and knead into a smooth dough.
  5. Roll dough into your desired shape and transfer to a prepared pan. Then add pizza sauce and toppings of choice! Bake on the lower rack of your oven to 375F, for around 25-30 minutes until the crust looks crispy and lightly browned.
  6. Serve, and ENJOY!
