VeggieJeva's Christmas Recipe Round-Up 2020

It’s Christmas recipe round-up time!

Slight disclaimer: If you’re not from Puerto Rico, this recipe round-up might not make a lot of sense to you, as it was curated with our culture in mind. But I still encourage you to try some of these out.

It’s not a secret that the Holidays look different this year. Big family gatherings are a huge part of our celebrations. However, that doesn’t mean that they have to be completely different; food will always remain the same. The holiday season just wouldn’t be the same without homemade coquito, pernil, pasteles, and arroz con gandules, all vegan of course!

Know that I’m super thankful for your support, and I hope your week is filled with lots of delicious eats. With that said, let’s dig in! Cheers!
