This meal planner sheet is designed to save both money & time while helping you, 1. stay on track at the grocery store, and 2. have a stress-free week of cooking. Just pick one day of the week to meal prep, and cook everything for the week breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks & desserts, on that day.

This document is meant to be printed on an 8.5″x11″ standard sheet of paper and designed simply to make it easy to print without using a lot of ink.
