I had never thought about a vegan Thanksgiving meal… I do realize how unhealthy most Thanksgiving foods, though, which is why we subscribe to the rule that we make sure we bring a few dishes that we KNOW we can eat to any meal. I suppose that might even be part of our strategy if we were vegan as well. —We don’t eat pork and try not to consume loads of fattening food, but we like to enjoy holiday get togethers. Thanks for sharing a few more options that we could make ahead and bring. 😀
